Zhirinovsky sings his most popular songs
Содержание
In the last month, the ranking Vladimir Zhirinovsky almost doubled. The reason is that his prophecies about the conflict with Ukraine came true. The politician also fell seriously ill and was hospitalised, where he was even put into a medically induced coma. Now it is reported that he is on the mend. We decided to recall his most greatest hits.
And yes, Vladimir Zhirinovsky did sing. There are several discs with songs by the LDPR chairman. These discs were handed out before the election along with other party paraphernalia - T-shirts, caps, pens and diaries for schoolchildren. But there were not so many discs, it was assumed that they would be passed from one listener to another. The good thing is that you can find all this stuff without any problems online.
How and what Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky sang about
Vladimir Zhirinovsky sang covers of already popular songs. Usually the lyrics were changed so that they sang either about Russia or about Zhirinovsky himself, his party and what they wanted to do for the country. One of his most popular songs was a cover of "If I were the Sultan":
That's what the beginning of the song sounds like. Of course, it's a joke, but not every politician is willing to sing something like this of his own free will:
"If I were the Sultan, I would make a law,
So that everyone could have a dozen wives.
If this bill had the votes to pass,
One in three in the country would become a liberal..."
But this cover was released at a time when people were not very offensive. Nowadays, artists can be attacked for any harsh phrase, but back then it was very funny. And now the image of Sultan Zhirinovsky amuses LDPR supporters, everyone understands that it is just a joke. Zhirinovsky has always been friends with humour. After the Sultan, Zhirinovsky also appears in the character of Napoleon Bonaparteand then wishing voters a Happy New Year.
The rest of his songs are not as fun, but you can listen to them too. Here, for example, is his rendition of "You're a sailor, I'm a sailor" Oleg Gazmanov:
For this performance, Zhirinovsky was dressed as a real-life Zhirinovsky. sailor. He went out in public wearing a calfskin and a suit. When Gazmanov saw this spectacle, he shook his head in shock, preparing for something very unpleasant to happen to his song. But in the end everyone had fun - Zhirinovsky always managed to find an approach to the audience.
Even though the politician cannot sing, it is obvious that he loves it - and the audience enjoyed the performance of Russia's main liberal-democrat. It is worth noting that there were many singers among the audience: Gazmanov, Pugacheva and many others. And according to the idea, they were supposed to sing for Zhirinovsky, but it turned out as it turned out. It turned out to be another comical New Year's greeting.
If Zhirinovsky started singing now, with a phonogram and managers, he could well compete with the now popular Olga Buzovs, Alexander Revvs and Mikhail Galustyan who have flooded the music space.
CDs of Zhirinovsky's songs
In the noughties, discs with Zhirinovsky's songs and speeches were released almost every year. The most popular and widespread discs looked like this:
Not many of them came out, and they are now quite highly valued among Liberal Democrat voters. Prices on auction sites start at from 100 roublesand there aren't many lots in the whole country. The discs were supposed to be passed from one person to another. It is even written on the cover: "If you listen to it, pass it on to someone else".
Each of the two discs had approximately 40 minutes of music. First disc:
It contained, in addition to songs video clipsedited by Zhirinovsky and his team. The music from the second disc is available here. Like the first one, it includes Zhirinovsky's songs about Russia and the LDPR:
The funny thing is that most of the songs chosen by Zhirinovsky are not at all non-democratic the message. But voters and just casual listeners liked it, so let's not judge the politician ...
