Drake - When To Say When and Chicago Freestyle (2020)
Drake released two new songs on February 29: "When to Say When" and "Chicago Freestyle." He teased the first track in an interview with Rap Radar last year. The Canadian rapper recently confirmed that he is working on a new album and that it will be more concise than Scorpion, his 2018 project that featured 25 tracks.
The two tracks are in the same video. The first is filmed in New York City at both Diamond District and Marcy Projects - this one features a sample of Jay-Z's "Song Cry" - while the second takes Drake back to his hometown of Toronto and points to the lines of Eminem's "Superman."
These aren't Drake's first tracks this year. Back in January, when Future and Drake teamed up for new songs, "Life Is Good" and "Desires," it seemed like the time to be alive continued, though we haven't heard anything from them since.
