It follows the releases of the DCEU films Aquaman (December 21, 2018) and Shazam! (April 5, 2019) and precedes Wonder Woman 1984 (June 5, 2020). Birds of Prey was previously scheduled to open on Valentine's Day 2020, but it has been pushed back one week so the film's release will not conflict with Bond 25 (No Time To Die, premieres April 9, 2020).
