Promoting the release of their third album Raw Power in 1973, "The Stooges" played four nights at the club "Max's Kansas City" in New York. In hospital Iggy went only the next day. The doctor stitched him up, commenting that the wounds were really very deep.

He fed his girlfriend's dogs sedatives
