He, of course, was not happy about it and sued the band. As a result, he sued them for 80,000 dollars and Blue Angel had to break up.

Even though the band broke up, no one forgot that Cindy was a great singer. She was performing in clubs in the early '80s. And everyone was surprised that the singer was unpopular.
