Содержание
Music from Soviet films are truly beautiful, timeless masterpieces that echo in the minds of music lovers to this day! These compositions have a unique style, character, personality... They are simply magnificent after all! They evoke a pleasant feeling of nostalgia for childhood, for youth, for warm and unusually intimate moments... In a word - they are close to literally everyone! And today we will recall the most legendary of them....
"A Dream Come True" (from the film Watch out for Women)
This legendary piece was written especially for the Soviet musical comedy "Take Care of Women". As a result, the film was the debut in the world of cinema for the magnificent performer and composer Yuri Antonov!
In this film, we can hear songs performed not only by Yuri Mikhailovich, but also by Araks, a popular band at the time. Yes, in the film itself all the compositions are performed by different people, but the voice belongs to Antonov (except for the composition "Rainbow", which was brilliantly performed by Sergei Belikov).
"Nature has no bad weather." (from the film Office Romance)
And this famous composition is performed by the charming Alisa Freindlich accompanied by the vocal and instrumental ensemble "Sun"...
"Nature doesn't have bad weather
The passage of time can't be stopped
The autumn of life, like the autumn of the year
We must bless without grieving..."
"They say, but don't believe it" (from The Magicians)
"They say that every year this world gets older, the sun hides behind the clouds and warms more faintly..." - this beautiful composition is familiar to those who have seen the New Year musical comedy "The Magicians" (although there are hardly those who have not seen it...).
In the film it is performed by Irina Otieva, Alexander Abdulov, Olga Rozhdestvenskaya, Semyon Farada and VIA "Dobry Molodtsy"!
"Little Red Riding Hood's Song" (from the film Little Red Riding Hood)
This is a very tender and light composition that gives only positive emotions! It was written by Yuli Kim and Alexey Rybnikov for the film "About Little Red Riding Hood"... The lyrics are quite carefree and easy to remember, which is why this song is especially liked by children....
"If it's a long, long, long time,
If it's a long walk down the path,
If you walk a long way
Stomp drive and run,
I mean, I guess that's a given,
That's right, that's right, that's right,
It's possible, it's possible, it's possible,
You can come to Africa!"
"The Lion and the Barber" (from Mary Poppins, Goodbye!)
The 1984 film about the delightful Mary Poppins became a loud event in the world of Soviet cinema! And the melodious composition "The Lion and the Brahdobrei", written by Naum Mironovich and Maxim Dunayevsky, another favourite hit from childhood...
By the way: there is a deep meaning hidden in this song, because it's not for nothing that the lion ate the kind and harmless barber....
"Island of Bad Luck" (from "The Diamond Hand")
This song probably needs no introduction: it has long since become the brightest attribute of Soviet cinema! Light, dynamic, ironic - no wonder this song became a cult hit! And if we take into account that in the film it is performed by Andrei Mironov himself (and what a rousing dance the artist performed during his number...) Yes, this is definitely one of the best works of its kind!
Subsequently, the composer Alexander Zatsepin recalled: "I don't usually write music to poems. But this was a rare occasion when I neglected the tactics I had developed...".
"Where the buffalo run among the pampas" (from 12 Chairs)
Let's enjoy the creation of Alexander Zatsepin and Leonid Derbenev performed by Valery Zolotukhin...
"...There lived a sullen pirate in the wilds of the Amazon,
There lived a pirate who didn't believe in love..."
"Why not?" (from D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers)
And this composition became the anthem of the cult film masterpiece "D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers"!
The song is brilliantly performed by Mikhail Sergeyevich Boyarsky... In a word - a wonderful creation.....
"The Furry Bumblebee" (from the film Cruel Romance)
This timeless masterpiece was flawlessly performed by Nikita Mikhalkov in "Cruel Romance"... However, few people know that at first the composition had a completely different name: the song was written on the basis of Kipling's poem of 1892, and it was called "And the Gypsy is Coming"!
Then it was renamed "Behind the Gypsy Star", but for the Soviet film the composition was significantly changed... Today, both listeners and viewers know this hit under the name "Furry Bumblebee"!
"Three White Horses" (from The Magicians)
And another gorgeous composition from the film "The Magicians"! This time we are talking about the famous song "Three White Horses", which is regularly played on New Year's Eve broadcasts even without the film! It is performed by the incomparable Larisa Dolina (by the way: the artist used a child's falsetto to perform it).
Music by Yevgeny Krylatov to lyrics by Leonid Derbenev. The composer later recalled:
"Usually when I write songs for films, I don't think about whether I like them or not, whether they will bring me success or not... I create images. I complete the picture. But this song I am bound to love... Everyone loves it! It became a big hit, although it was originally conceived as a humorous and just a very warm song... But, apparently, sometimes the opinion of the composer and the opinion of the people diverge! And who is right in fact - remains a mystery...".
The most interesting thing is that originally this song was supposed to be performed by Svetlana Stepchenko: she did quite well, but... the director lacked something, as Krylatov himself said - "smoothness and tenderness in the voice...".
