Subject matter of the agreement

The administration shall have the right to:

• accept user-generated information and publish it
• at its discretion and necessity to create, amend, repeal rules
• restrict access to any information on the website
• create, modify, delete information
• delete accounts
• Refuse to register without explanation

The user undertakes to:

• Ensure that copyright protection is guaranteed when creating a publication for the website
• Ensure that the information provided is accurate
• update the Personal Data provided during registration in case of their change
• do not copy information from other sources
• when copying information from other sources, include information about the author in the content.
• Not to disseminate information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is envisaged
• do not disrupt the functionality of the site
• not to commit actions aimed at misleading other Users
• not to register an account on behalf of or in place of another person, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation
• not to post materials that contradict the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation
• not to use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

The administration is committed to:

• to maintain the performance of the site except when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.
• provide all available information about the User to authorised state authorities in cases established by law

Responsibilities of the parties:

• the administration assumes no responsibility for the quality of the web pages or sites or for the content on such web pages or sites.
• the administration is also not responsible for the presence/absence, content and quality of any offers to provide services, purchase goods, etc., which may be available to the User on third-party websites, as well as for any kind of losses that the User may incur by using such offers.
• the user is independently liable to third parties for his/her actions related to the placement and distribution of User Submissions on the website, including for the fact that the content of the User Submissions complies with the requirements of applicable law and does not violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties.
• the administration does not bear any responsibility for violation of copyright, intellectual and other related rights in the information provided by the user for publication.
• the administration assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
• the administration is not responsible for any discrepancy between the services expected by the User and actually received by the User
• the administration does not assume any responsibility for services provided by third parties
• in case of force majeure situation (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.) Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, as well as uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement:

This Agreement is effective with any use of this site. The Agreement ceases to be in force when its new version appears. Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion. Administration does not notify users about changes in the Agreement.
