In 2019, Zivert unveiled her debut studio album Vinyl #1and now, a few years later, its long-awaited follow-up album has been released. Vinyl #2! Vinyl #2 - such an uncomplicated title was given to the second studio album of singer Julia Sievert, released on the first of October 2021! The album contains 12 tracks in total, six of which (including "Cry," "YATL." and others) have been released previously... The album also includes duets with artists such as LYRIQ, Bo and Wiwo.! Zivert herself characterised her new record as a "sincere child". Judging by the first comments that appeared on the web after the release of the album, listeners liked the composition most of all "Three Days of Love."

Lyrics, as always, about love! As for the sound, this time Sievert has moved away from disco in favour of bold experiments... All tracks from Vinyl #2 have a pleasant melody with club tones... However, as fans have already noticed, this is radically different from the singer's usual style:

"Definitely feels like vinyl! Really quality music...," Zivert fans wrote in the comments.

Julia herself noted that vinyl records have their own special spirit, comparable to old black and white films:

"What matters here is not the plot and the actions of the characters, but the colouring and the construction of the frame..."

About the filming of the "Cry" music video

Appearing on the singer's official channel along with the album - the first of October 2021 - the music video for the song "Cry." has started to break records! In just the first few hours, its views reached the mark of 2 million! As of 10 October, the music video has been viewed by more than 6.3 million times... The number of "like" marks speaks for itself: fans definitely liked the work, which, by the way, serves as a continuation of Julia's love story with the raccoon from "Green Waves"!

The aesthetically pleasing and quite interesting clip is a credit to the director Alana Badoeva! What is remarkable is that the video is a mini-replica of the iconic film "Ghost." с Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore starring...

"We have been preparing this story for you for two whole years! It's the most global and dear to our hearts of anything we've ever done... This music video is my biggest pride," the singer commented.

Marvellous Sievert....
Marvellous Sievert....

However - not without some unpleasant and even dangerous incidents! A word from Julia:

"A week before we filmed "Cry", we shot the music video for the song "Rocky" in St. Petersburg. All day I ran a marathon in the hellishly cold city, in a summer suit and with a wet head... The wind was very strong! When we finished running and I headed home, I felt something wrong... I got a hell of a fever and my left cheek started twitching. Already at home, I went to the mirror and saw that my cheek was swollen! It looked like a balloon! I immediately went to my doctor, and he told me: "Cancel everything immediately! You've got a facial nerve congestion!" It's very dangerous, you may not recover your facial expressions or half of your face may atrophy... And I'm 5 days away from shooting Cry! I'm in shock..."

Luckily, thanks to timely treatment, everything was all right! And he wasn't the only one... Sievert continues:

"The day before the shoot, my cheek swelled up again and they offered to cancel everything, but I said: "No! It's going to happen! God will help me, I know..." When I fell asleep, I cried and prayed to the universe to make a small miracle for me, because I wanted this clip for so long and so much! I didn't know what was waiting for me in the morning. I only had to believe in a miracle..."

According to Julia, she woke up in the morning and was shocked - this time with joy!

"I went to sleep with my face bloated double, I woke up with my usual face and I'm thin again! What is this if not a miracle?"
