Perhaps you've already had a chance to see YouTube video (which, by the way, is far from one), which leads to curious speculations: does SHAMAN really have a younger brother? How is it possible, given the overwhelming popularity of the artist! After all, it would seem, about his life and family - including childhood - know absolutely everything! Even Shaman's relatives talked to journalists, sharing details of how Yaroslav was in his youth... And no brother was ever mentioned.

So is it true? Or is it just a good PR move? We propose to get to the bottom of this question together, as well as to get acquainted with the Neverlove - a group that, according to critics, successfully occupied the niche that the others in Russia were shy of occupying.

A joke that was believed

So where did it all start? On the YouTube channel. Neverlove A short video (Shorts) has appeared, which instantly caught the public's attention: it says that Shaman allegedly has a younger brother - also a Yaroslav (how ironic). So why doesn't anyone know about him? It's simple: the creators of the video claim that SHAMAN is embarrassed of his brother, who performs rough heavy metal, leads a rebellious lifestyle and sings songs with foul language. The video got a huge number of views, more than 10 thousand likes and almost 1.5 thousand comments! Strangely enough, some people "took the bait" and believed the story. So, under the video you can find comments like:

"Well, it's not without a family, ....., as they say."

 

"And why are they both Jaroslavs?"

 

"Now that's a revelation... I didn't know!"

But most commenters have figured out the creators of the video - realised that no brother really exists, and that this is a very good and in its own way comical PR stunt. Given Shaman's popularity, it's not surprising that some people are trying to hook the public by using his big name. Thus, users began to "play along" with the creators of the viral video. Here are just a few comments that show that the public's humour is in good order:

"Well you finally confessed in public, I thought you were going to keep it a secret from now on..."

In parallel to his work, Yaroslav was engaged in the development of his own band. Neverlove. There were times he was late or took days off, but he is still grateful that his superiors respected his interests and didn't fire him.

Over the next few years, the band released a number of albums with quite colourful titles: "Pulled," "The Lovemetal You Deserve," "Rock 'n' Roll Will Forgive Me Anything." (and that's the decent part). However, the content was no less spectacular....

Neverlove is one of the most ambiguous and bright bands on the domestic scene: it is powerful, almost explosive metal, inspired by foreign icons and notes of some madness and spontaneity.
