Kanye West announced the release of Donda 2 on his Instagram on February 22, 2022. According to the publication, Future will be the executive producer.
No other information in this post was announced, but in the photo on instagram depicted the house is on fire, and the album's release date is written in text over the image.
January 10, 2022 West released music video for the song "Heaven And Hell", which is one of the 27 tracks on the 2021 album "Donda".
The video shows figures dressed all in black, with their faces covered by a black cloth. In this form, they move along the dark and gloomy city streets. Later, a figure, presumably West, appears in the midst of a swirling mass of bodies, which then form a slow-moving tornado high above the clouds.
Visuals end up motionless images what resembles battle scenes in apocalyptic landscapes. The "Yeezy Gap" logo is also superimposed over the last few images, highlighting the rapper's new collaborations with clothing brand Yeezy, high street chain Gap and fashion house Balenciaga.
The "Heaven And Hell" video will be released immediately after the release of the upcoming "jeen-yuhs" documentary trilogy, which was released on January 11th. Premiere The first installment of the three-part series hits theaters on February 11, and hits Netflix a week later.
