A new lease on life?
What happened saddened millions of his fans. But not just them. For many musicians who collaborated with him in different periods, it was a rotary a moment in history and a new stage in life. Some of them decided to follow Klinsky's lead and established their own projectsbased on his songs, his style and his name. And that's how groups "Ex-Sector Gaza", "Gas Attack Sector" and "S. Г.". They tried to maintain the spirit and legacy of Gaza Strip, but failed to achieve the same success and recognition as the original.
One of these projects, however, "Ex-Sector Gas"under the direction of Igor Kuschev suddenly had the opportunity to international fame. In 2008, his song "Finished."recorded in 2004, was included on the soundtrack of the Guy Ritchie crime comedy film "Rock and Roll Man.". It was a surprise to Kushchev himself, his colleagues, and the film's audience.

Igor Kushchev is a man who was a very friendly with Yuri Hoi. They met at the end of 80-х when he was looking for musicians for his project. But in 1991, Kushchev and Khoi became clash on creative issues. Kushchev wanted more freedom and autonomy in songwriting, while Hoy wanted to leave full control of the band. After the release of the album. "The Night Before Christmas." Kuschev left the group.
In 2000, after Hoy's death, Kushchev decided resurrect "Sektor Gaza." He founded the band "Ex-Sektor Gaza", in which he called some former members original line-up. He began to sing Khoy's songs, as well as his own. But, as we found out earlier, nothing good came out of it.

Glukhov got into heavy situation. He could not find a new job and earn a living. He could not pay for his flat and utilities. At the beginning of 2011, he gone without a trace. No one knew where he was or what happened to him. His parents, elderly pensioners, appealed to the police, the media, and public organisations. But no one could help them find their son.
In the spring of that year, his found at the Baltimore military airfield in Voronezh. According to media reports, he poisoned with surrogate liquor and died from hypothermia. The parents did not have enough money to pay for ritual services and a place in the cemetery. Oleg Kryuchkov is one of the creators of the band Sektor Gaza. He was the first drummer of the band, who co-founded the band with Yuri Hoi. He came up with the idea title for the band when they played at one of their friend's wedding.

In the last years of his life, Anikeev worked at the restaurant. He played keyboards for customers, playing a variety of music from classical to chanson. In the same year, the band's compositions were performed several times symphonic orchestras (Donetsk, Voronezh, Kaliningrad and the military orchestra of the Naval Military Centre). These were concerts that became a tribute to Russian culture and history.
