YG thinks he's Kanye West, he got his own punches in
One month after the single's release, on 28 February, YG released "Scared Money" music video. The three-minute video is filled with various snippets, particularly the way the artists pack money into a vault. The video features Jimmy Fallon in the lead role.
My Life 4Hunnid record. got praise from the media after its release, with The Los Angeles Times:
In his music, YG speaks to the immediacy, vulnerability of black lives as protests and police kill and terrorise them. "My Life 4Hunnid" is the darkest album for DEF Jam, where memories of his murder of [Nipsey] Gussell and fears of police inaction haunt the worry that on the eve of the 2020 election, the country may not have what it takes to fix it all.
